Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Rethink Life LLC (operating as "EveryCall," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website at tryeverycall.ai (the "Site") and our AI call answering service (the "Service").
By using the Site or the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.
1. Who We Are
EveryCall is operated by Rethink Life LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our mailing address is 11923 NE Sumner St, Portland, Oregon, United States. For privacy or data protection inquiries, contact us at support@tryeverycall.ai.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you sign up for the Service, book a call, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number;
- Your business name, business website, business phone number, and service area;
- Billing and payment information processed through our payment provider;
- Account credentials and configuration preferences for the Service;
- Communications you send us (support requests, sales inquiries, feedback).
2.2 Call Data
When the Service answers an inbound call to your business, we collect and process:
- Audio recordings of the call;
- AI-generated transcripts and summaries;
- Caller-provided information such as name, contact number, address or service location, equipment or system details, and a description of the issue;
- Metadata such as the time, duration, and origin of the call.
This data is collected on behalf of the EveryCall customer (the business that operates the inbound phone line). The customer is the controller of this data; we are the processor.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you visit the Site or use the Service, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. This data is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site and the Service.
2.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site for essential functions (e.g., session management) and for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Site.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Train and operate AI agents that answer your business calls;
- Process payments and manage your subscription;
- Communicate with you about the Service, including support, billing, and product updates;
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
- Analyze and improve product performance and AI quality, in aggregated or de-identified form.
4. Call Recording and Disclosure
Important. The Service records and transcribes inbound phone calls to your business. By default, the AI agent provides a verbal disclosure at the start of each call (for example: "This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes."). You are responsible for ensuring that this disclosure remains enabled, or that you otherwise comply with all applicable call-recording laws in every jurisdiction your callers may be located in — including U.S. states with two-party (all-party) consent requirements such as California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
If you disable the default disclosure, modify the script, or operate the Service in a jurisdiction with stricter consent requirements, you accept full responsibility for ensuring lawful collection of call recordings. We are not liable for your or your callers' failure to comply with applicable laws.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below.
5.1 Subprocessors and Service Providers
We rely on third-party vendors to operate the Service, including providers of voice and AI infrastructure, cloud hosting, payment processing, calendar booking, email delivery, customer support tooling, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to use information only to provide services to us and to protect it consistent with this Privacy Policy.
5.2 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
5.3 Business Transfers
If Rethink Life LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before any such transfer.
5.4 With Your Direction
We share information with third parties when you direct us to (for example, when you connect a calendar, CRM, or job-management tool to the Service).
6. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Our underlying voice and platform infrastructure is operated by a vendor that holds SOC 2 Type II certification covering Security, Confidentiality, and Availability. Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS, and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
No security program is perfect. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.
7. Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Call recordings, transcripts, and call-derived data are retained for the period configured by you in your account settings, subject to a default retention period. You may request deletion of specific recordings or all recordings at any time by contacting support@tryeverycall.ai. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period after deletion.
8. Your Rights
8.1 General Rights
You may request to access, correct, update, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@tryeverycall.ai. We will respond within a reasonable period and consistent with applicable law.
8.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, and the purposes;
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising);

However, if you are a resident of one of those regions and you interact with the Site or the Service, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) or UK GDPR may apply to your data.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The lawful basis for our processing is typically contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or your consent. The third-party platform that powers our voice infrastructure is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides safeguards for international data transfers.

13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address associated with your account or posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after the updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
